We can reassure you that strict cleaning measures will continue to be actioned at all times. Although hygiene has always been a priority to us, extra precautions will now see an increase in PPE & sterilising procedures. To adhere to Government Guidelines & ensure you have a safe & comfortable visit, we ask the following:
If you have recently felt or been in contact with anyone unwell, you MUST cancel your appointment.
We must control the amount of people in the Salon at one time. Please arrive at your appointment time. When you arrive please knock and wait at the door to be let in. This allows us to ensure the area is fully sterilised since the last client & is safe for you to enter.
No plus ones will be allowed in the Salon, please arrange suitable childcare.
To keep the Salon a sterile environment please turn up with your hair washed & dry. If your service requires a hairwash this will still be included in your treatment.
Face coverings are now optional. If you would prefer your Stylist to wear one please request this prior to your appointment.
No magazines will be provided at this time. You may use your phone or bring your own book/magazine.
If you are late or fail to book the correct service, we may be unable to see you. Due to the high demand of bookings, strict timings & cleaning regimes we cannot run behind.
To minimise face-to-face time the reception desk will not be in use. Instead all payments/re-bookings will be made at your chair. We accept CASH or CARD.
Please bring minimal belongings with you.
